I got a cut from esthela I believe she might need a bit more practice. she might be a bit to worried for the virus not only was I wearing a mask I got a temperature check when i walked in. I asked for the mvp when it was time for the hair wash i was asked to keep my mask on she puts the hot towel over the mask and soaks the mask I saw no point to it. If the towel is suppose to go on your face why would i wear the mask the MVP should not be offered in the first place first time I felt disappointed with my haircut service.
